3-THE JIG SAW TECHNIQUE:Define a cooperative learning technique that reduces racial conflict among school children, promotes better learning, improves student motivation, and increases enjoyment of the learning experience.BENEFITS:Reduse of racial conflict, promote better learning, improve student motivation, and increase the enjoymentof learning.
WHEN TO USE:If you have multy ethnicity students, different gender, races, and ability.
HOW TO USE IT:Divide students into 5 or 6 -person group the groups should be diverse in terms of gender, ethnicity, race, and ability.One of the student of each group must be the leader this could be the most mature student of the group, Divide the day lesson into 5-6 segments e.g. a  
science classs about any planet  then divide the topic like one group will talk who discover it, (2) how far is from earth, (3) how big it is, (4)the climate, (5) if it is able for human to live there and how many questions are able to make about the planet and assign each student to learn one segment and give them time to read atleast twice to become familiar with it.then make expert in each segment to discuss and be ready to the presentation they will make to the jigsaw groups bring them back to their own group and make that everyone talk about their segment and make any clarification  and go from group to group observing if there is any disruption on any group make and intervention or train the leader to do it  and at the end of session give them a quiz and they will realize that it is no agame or to have fun but it really count.
